Amendement rédactionnel, pour supprimer la saisine du juge des tutelles ou du conseil de famille, adopté en commission au Sénat (n°COM-137). En effet, cet ajout avait été réalisé à en commission en première lecture, avant que l’Assemblée adopte en séance une telle saisine, dans une rédaction améliorée, à l’article 12.
