Cet alinéa permet l’euthanasie d’une personne sous tutelle ou sous curatelle. Une telle disposition exposerait des personnes en situation de vulnérabilité et de dépendance pour leurs actes et décisions du quotidien à de potentielles dérives, et porterait fortement atteinte au principe de protection des plus faibles.
