Objectiver les conditions d’accès à l’aide à mourir doit être une priorité pour le législateur afin d’éviter qu’une loi d’exception ne se transforme en une manière ordinaire de mourir.
L’accès au suicide assisté ou a l’euthanasie ne peut pas se baser sur une souffrance uniquement psychologique, fluctuante et difficilement quantifiable. Cet amendement vise à supprimer la condition psychologique comme critère d’accès.
